Whether you’re an individual artist, a couple, or a group, this space offers everything you need to immerse yourself in your craft.

Studio Rental – $600 per week

The studio is designed for professional potters and ceramic artists, featuring:

• Fully equipped workspace with:

• 2 x Venco Direct Drive Wheels

• Slab Roller

• Extruder

• Complete set of tools for workshops

• Hilldav Kiln

• The space can accommodate small workshops, and an adjacent venue is available for separate rental, perfect for larger groups or weekend exhibitions.

• The Little Gallery is included in the rental, with a 30% commission on my sales.

• Potters must be experienced to rent the space.

Additional Options

• Renters have the option to lease my one-bedroom home, located just 800 meters from the studio.

• Artists using the space must have their own public liability insurance.

Rental Terms

• Ideally seeking a 9-month commitment, with an initial 2-month trial starting in mid-April.
